Act 3 Guide — The Incident at Galley House

Act 3 attic, observatory, and master suite scenes — late-game identifications and timeline compression.

Act 3 Overview

Act 3 concentrates on AT (Attic), OS (Oswald's Room), and MA (Master Bedroom) — rooms tied to family secrets. Victims 4 through 2 appear in overlapping tableaux. Time periods compress, so multiple scenes may share TIME with different ROOM values.

This act punishes assumptions from early acts. Re-read notebook entries when OS scenes contradict LI alibis. The difficult deductions guide covers the hardest Act 3 puzzles.

Oswald's Room Notes

OS scenes include star charts linking exterior HE (Helen's Room) visits. Note weather visibility in WI codes — blizzard intensity changes between periods and affects who could reach HE from the house.

Master Bedroom scenes often require MA keys confirmed in Act 2 BI scenes. If MA tableaux look empty, inspect mirror hotspots for reflected CHARS not visible in the main frame.

Approaching the Finale

Act 3 ends after Victim 2's death is confirmed and Reya unlocks the final memory reel. Act 4 resolves Victim 1 and epilogue branches. See ending requirements.
