Scene Tracker Tool — The Incident at Galley House

Interactive scene tracker: log codes like 01-QU-1-11 and mark hotspots complete.

Features

Enter scene codes manually or pick ROOM/VICTIM filters to add templates. Mark each scene: discovered, inspected, fully complete. Color coding shows gaps in a VICTIM row — useful when one death has five scenes but you only finished three hotspots.

The tracker understands all fourteen room codes — QU, EN, LI, DI, ST, KI, BI, VI, AT, CH, MA, OS, HE, WI — and parses TIME and VICTIM segments automatically when you paste a full code like 04-KI-3-06. Sort views by act, room, victim, or inspection completeness. Bulk import accepts newline-separated codes from spreadsheet notes taken during long sessions.

Statistics panel shows completion percentage per act and per victim row, helping you spot when Victim 7 has four scenes discovered but only one marked fully inspected — a common blocker before Act 3 gates open.

Workflow Example

After each memory session, alt-tab to the tracker (or use phone browser) and add codes in discovery order. Tag notes with suspected character names in brackets without marking confirmed — keeps hypothesis separate from validated notebook entries. Before spending hint tokens in hints, filter by VICTIM to ensure you truly exhausted that death's scene list.

Export JSON weekly if playing over multiple weekends. Import restores after browser updates that clear LocalStorage. Pair exports with progress tracker milestone checkboxes for 100% routing.

Integration Tips

Export JSON backup before browser cache clears. Cross-reference all scenes for act grouping. Pair with scene code system when parsing new codes from the memory machine.
