Death Order — The Incident at Galley House

Victim numbering explained: Victim 11 dies first through Victim 1 last. Framework without naming victims.

Numbering System

The game labels deaths Victim 11 (first chronologically) down to Victim 1 (last). Scene codes embed this as the fourth segment — e.g. 01-QU-1-11 references the first death's aftermath or context.

This inverse numbering confuses players expecting Victim 1 to die first. The tutorial scene explicitly teaches Victim 11 = first death.

Building the Timeline

Fill timeline slots from 11 → 1 as evidence accumulates. Multiple scenes per victim are normal. Curse rules often chain: satisfying Victim 10's trigger enables Victim 9's scenario class.

Use timeline builder to drag confirmed slots. Cross-check TIME periods — lower TIME does not always mean earlier death if periods are thematic reels.
